In March of 2016, Partners Connected Health launched its first Connected Health Innovation Challenge (CHIC) — a 6-month competition designed to accelerate the development of early-stage innovations happening within the Partners HealthCare network. The winning team's proposal, embodie — an integrated pain-management app to support oncology and palliative care services — was developed into a minimum viable product. CHIC 01: embodie captures the work conducted throughout its design process.
